Kia Dyson is a Fractional Creative Partner and the Founder of Golden Launch Creative, an Atlanta-based premium brand and web design studio. Beginning her career as a photographer and digital artist—with work exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Photography and featured in many publications—Kia bridges the gap between high-level visual storytelling and deep commercial strategy.

As an individual Fractional Creative Partner, she embeds alongside visionary founders and executive teams to eliminate fragmented marketing and design, architecting cohesive creative infrastructure and deploying custom, on-demand fractional teams of copywriters, marketers, and visibility coaches.
